Meet Helena,

I’ve always been fascinated by what makes us human—and by the mysteries that connect us to something greater.

My path began 30 years ago, in fashion and art, where I learned to transform materials into new expressions. Over the years, that creative alchemy grew into a deeper calling: showing people how to transform themselves.

After a life-changing awakening in 2018, I understood that my true work was not just to create with fabric or form, but to guide people in creating their own lives—consciously, courageously, and with compassion, so they could transcend fear, awaken intuition, and live authentically.

My strength lies in empowerment, because I believe it is the future of humanity: a world where we each own our inner power, build conscious communities, and live in alignment with both Earth and spirit. I also walk with people into the space where intuition speaks—helping them discern what is true beyond fear or conditioning.

At the heart of my work, I serve as a bridge between the physical and the invisible: guiding others to connect with their own divinity while also honouring the beauty (and challenges) of being human.

This balance—of spirit and self, of expansion and kindness—is where I believe real transformation happens.

Today, I guide individuals and conscious companies to move past old limitations, embrace their highest potential, and experience the everyday miracles that life has to offer.

Because miracles aren’t rare. They are the natural language of the universe—available to all of us, when we’re ready to listen and follow our intuition.

My journey is about transformation. Yours can be too.

Helena’s creative journey
here...

I started my own
slow fashion label called
Helena Carrizosa.
What began as a passion for design quickly became a deeper exploration of sustainability and conscious creation.

Witnessing firsthand the immense waste generated within the fashion industry, I felt called to transform this challenge into an opportunity.

From that concern was born the Circle Project-O, a circular economy and zero-waste initiative dedicated to rethinking how we use materials and resources

My commitment to zero waste didn’t stop at fashion—it expanded into art.

I began creating artworks from discarded materials, turning what was once overlooked into pieces that carried both aesthetic and ethical value.

For me, creativity became not only a form of expression but also an act of responsibility and a way to invite others to see beauty and possibility in what we often throw away.
